By accessing and using PosterSyndrome ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," "our," or "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users worldwide, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors. These terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction and international commerce principles.

2. Subscription & Billing

2.1 Subscription Plans

PosterSyndrome offers tiered subscription plans with varying features and limits. Your subscription grants you access only to the features included in your plan tier.

2.2 Billing & Payment

• Billing occurs on the date you subscribe and then on the same date each billing period
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout
• Payments are processed through Paddle, our third-party payment processor
• Failed payments may result in automatic retry up to 3 times

2.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next period.

3. Refund Policy

4. Account Termination

4.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by logging in and selecting "Delete Account" or contacting us. Your account will be deleted within 30 days.

4.2 Termination by PosterSyndrome

We may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violate third-party or social media platform rights
• Abuse the Service or its resources
• Fail to pay for your subscription
• Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use PosterSyndrome only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Posting illegal, hateful, harassing, or threatening content
• Sharing misinformation or false content
• Attempting unauthorized access to the Service
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or spam
• Collecting data without authorization
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Engaging in any illegal activity

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you create and upload. You warrant that you own or have rights to all content, have obtained necessary permissions, and will not post illegal or infringing content.

5.3 Connected Social Media Accounts

When you authorize PosterSyndrome to connect to your social media accounts, you grant us permission to post and manage content on your behalf. You remain responsible for all posts published. PosterSyndrome is not affiliated with any social media platform and is not responsible for platform policy violations or account suspension.

6. Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

7. Intellectual Property

PosterSyndrome retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, software, features, and functionality. You retain ownership of content you upload.

Templates and pre-made content are licensed to you for use within the Service only. You may not extract, modify, or redistribute templates.

8. Third-Party Services

PosterSyndrome integrates with third-party services including social media platforms, Paddle, Cloudflare R2, and Google Analytics. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party services, APIs, or policies
• Third-party outages or service interruptions
• Data security practices of third parties
• Third-party terms of service violations

9. Service Level & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with 48 hours' notice and emergency maintenance without notice.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, we agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally through 30 days of good-faith discussion. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PosterSyndrome is incorporated. You may also be protected by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived.

12. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. For material changes, we will notify you via email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
